Situated in the northen part of Poreč the exsisting dilapidated hotel Laguna Park has been almost complitely removed and a new resort has been built which includes hotel, hotels pavilions, apartments, villas and pool complexes. Due to the complexity of the project, the project was implemented through two phases, reconstruction of hotel and reconstrucion of resort. The new hotel building with irregular shape has the main entrance located centrally on the groung floor. In addition to the hotel building the hotel pavilions, designed from one module, are articulated in various ways and depending on the composition they form a block of four to seven accommodation units. Accommodation units with apartments surround the central swimming pool complex with restaurant and a playground, while inside the villas village there is a separate swimming pool complex surrounded by accomodation units.
