Description

The existing hotel Sipar and annex Belvedere are located near the town of Umag in the tourist resort Punta. As part of the reconstruction, annex Belvedere was removed and intervenes within the hotel wing. New wings were built with a greater capacity of rooms and facilities in the public area. On the ground floor of the hotel there is an extension of the existing restaurant and covered terrace of the restaurant, and around the hotel there is a sunbathing area, swimming pool and promenade.
